Personal Training
The Face-to-Face Personal Training I offer will help you be the best version of yourself by enabling you to transform your body, improve your posture, reduce body fat and become much fitter.
I also offer Online Personal Training. This is popular for those who want to workout away from the gym environment and who need the flexibility to change the times of their sessions at short notice. These sessions offer several options:
- Personalised Programs and Videos – I will send you bespoke programmes every 12 weeks, for you to complete at your leisure. This will require you to download a specific app which will have your personalised programmes. Included will be videos of me performing the exercises so that you can do them safely and effectively. I will contact you regularly to check your progress and exercise compliance via the app.
- Live Group Sessions – This is like attending a group fitness session, but done in the comfort of your own home or other preferred location. A minimum of 10 participants are required.
- Live One-to-One – This is very much like live Personal Training as it is conducted real time; we will be able to see each other and communicate. You will also receive a series of programs to follow, to ensure you reach your goals. All PT sessions commence with a FREE consultation during which we discuss your background, exercise history, goals, motivators and barriers, with the view to determining the best way to help you achieve those goals.

What is Sports Massage?
Sports Massage is the manipulation of soft tissue using a variety of specialist manual techniques designed to help alleviate a wide range of symptoms and conditions, help you recover from intense physical activity and prepare you for your next physical challenge.
It is a hands-on therapy requiring the use of a medium, usually oil, cream or lotion, to enable me to manipulate your muscles without causing unnecessary discomfort to you.
Sports massage offers a range of benefits, whether you’re an elite athlete or someone who just exercises regularly.

Group Fitness
My Group Fitness Training Sessions fall into two categories;
Helping you to achieve high levels of fitness
They are usually held outdoors and can be conducted in any local park / common. All you need is a towel, some water and a never-say-die attitude. I’ll bring the rest.
