The Face-to-Face Personal Training I offer will help you be the best version of yourself by enabling you to transform your body, improve your posture, reduce body fat and become much fitter.
I also offer Online Personal Training. This is popular for those who want to workout away from the gym environment. It offers the flexibility to change the times of your sessions at short notice. These sessions offer several options:
- Personalised Programs and Videos – I will send you bespoke programmes every 12 weeks, for you to complete at your leisure. This will require you to download a specific app which will have your personalised programmes. Included will be videos of me performing the exercises so that you can do them safely and effectively. I will contact you regularly to check your progress and exercise compliance via the app.
- Live Group Sessions – This is like attending a group fitness session, but done in the comfort of your own home. A minimum of 10 participants are required.
- Live One-to-One – Like live Personal Training, this is conducted real time; we will be able to see each other and communicate. You will also receive a series of programs to follow to ensure you reach your goals. All PT sessions commence with a FREE consultation during which we discuss your background, exercise history, goals, motivators and barriers, with the view to determining the best way to help you achieve those goals.
Get Ripped & Stay Ready
At this stage in our life, perhaps putting in long work hours and/or raising a family, it is easy to slip into bad habits. It’s a great feeling to take of your top and feel proud of what you see, so let me help you get ripped and stay ripped, through appropriate nutrition and personalised workouts. These can be done in the comfort of your own home and do not always require much equipment.
Sports Performance & Advanced Fitness
If you wish to improve your sports related fitness or are interested in taking your general fitness to a more advanced level, I will design a series of programmes that will guarantee you achieve this. You will undergo a complimentary fitness assessment and then we will discuss your specific goals and agree a strategy to ensure they are achieved. I will monitor your progress regularly and provide you with additional programmes to do by yourself that will be effective and motivational. The Sports Performance programmes will include SPARQ drills that are specific to your sport. This is the best way to turn the fitness components you have developed into usable, sports attributes.
Injury Rehabilitation/Prevention
Following an injury, a thorough rehabilitation process must be undertaken before you can make a successful return to your sport. The aim will be to ensure the injury has healed properly. All adversely affected fitness components will then become balanced. These may include mobility, flexibility, strength, muscular endurance, power, coordination, agility, proprioception and aerobic fitness. You will be carefully monitored along the way. On completion of a series of sports specific fitness tests, you will be encouraged to resume Sport Specific Fitness Training.
