Booking your massage
When you book your Sports Massage, you can opt for full body, specify areas to be focused on or allow me to guide you as to what I believe to be the best approach depending on your requirements. To assist with this process I will conduct a consultation with you to establish the exact cause of your musculoskeletal complaint (if applicable) and follow this up with a physical assessment that may include your posture, range of motion and a selection of functional tests, specific to your sporting needs. Please complete the Sports Massage Consultation Form.
As a sports person or a regular participant in exercise, you will appreciate the need to be injury free so it may benefit you to have a regular sports massage to potentially assist with injury prevention rather than to wait until it is too late.
If you have concerns about ongoing Knee, Hip or Achilles Tendon pain, please complete and submit the relevant questionnaire.

If you are a Runner, complete the Running Injury Risk form to get feedback regarding your potential for acquiring a running-related injury.
